Car Wash Fundraiser:  Saturday, June 5 – There will be a car wash fundraiser by the youth groups at Moka Joes to help them raise money for the Kings Dominion trip this summer.

Graduation Sunday:  June 6 – All seniors need to attend the 11:00 worship service to celebrate this wonderful occasion.  They need to wear their cap and gowns and give 2 photos to Scott Grosskopf, one nice and one embarrassing, prior to this date.  Friends and families are invited to come and participate in the blessing of these graduates.  Sarah Hart will be our speaker.

Lay Leadership Meeting:  Tuesday, June 8 @ 7pm at the church

Galactic Blast Vacation Bible School:  June 21-25  Children sign up starting Sunday, May 23.  It is for ages 3-12, 6pm—8:30pm.  We still need volunteers to help with crafts and publicity.  There is a sign up sheet in the fellowship hall.  There will be a pool party on June 26 at the TT pool and a closing celebration program on June 27 at the 11:00 worship service.  Please, invite your friends and neighbors and let’s make this the best one yet!!!  Contact Debbie McGlaun 382-7218 if you have any questions.

Bottle Rockets:  We need 40 20oz. Or 2 liter plastic bottles for VBS crafts.  Water bottles are generally too thin, we need the sturdy thick soda bottles.  Please bring them in to church to help us “blast off” our Vacation Bible School by June 21.

KingsFest at Kings Dominion:  All families are invited to attend a great Christian weekend at Kings Dominion on July 9 & 10, returning on the 11th.  Contact Scott Grosskopf at grosskopf@ec.rr.com or 389-3742. This is a wonderful opportunity for everyone to come together as friends and families for fun fellowship and attend two great Christian Concerts featuring Toby Mac and Casting Crowns with 2 days in the park.
